How is OKM implemented in my company?
At Grupo Oesia, we believe end to end solutions with our customers at the heart of our products. We follow the same philosophy with OKM where we partner with you in every step of the way to ensure that the solution is deployed correctly, on the right data infrastructure, is configured as per your needs and your employees are trained to use it effectively. The implementation follows a phased rollout approach with 4 distinct parts.
Phase 1: Discovery and Assessment
We identify the key data sources, discuss the security requirements for your organization, decide on the scope of the implementation (you can do an organization wide rollout or start with a single team and then expand), success metrics and the POC’s who we will work with to make this implementation a success. We use this data to create a comprehensive and detailed implementation plan which is aligned with our customers before we proceed with the project.
Phase 2: Pilot Deployment
Every implementation is preceded with a pilot project. The goal of the pilot is two-fold. First, we utilize it to understand the working dynamics and identify areas of improvement in the project plan before we dive into full scale deployment. Second that by piloting the solution for a specific department, we are able to prove the value of the product quickly with our customers which improves product adoption and customer confidence in the product.
Phase 3: Phased Rollout
Post pilot, we begin the deployment by deploying the ODAF (Oesia Data Analytics Framework) architecture, which is our proprietary framework, followed by implementing the security protocols requested by the organization. Once done, we start with the phased rollout for different verticals within the organization.
Phase 4: Ongoing Support
We understand that just deploying a solution is not enough. That’s why we provide a host of post deployment services like Training, techical support and customer support so that organizations can make the most effective use of our products. We also provide regular updates and fine-tuning of our AI models to ensure the product remains up to date and we are able to incorporate the feedback from our customers.
Is it compatible with our current tools?
OKM is multimodal capable which means it can process and integrate information from various input and output modalities, such as text, images, audio, and video. This allows it to create a comprehensive information datalake (ODAF) where data from different types of tools (ERP, JIRA, SAP, HR, CRM, Sharepoint, SQL etc.) can be integrated in a single source of truth. Furthermore, with its modular API based architecture, it offers low code simplified API based integration with a range of solutions. We also create custom integrations with customers’ existing software systems to enable a seamless integration within their technology stack.
How does OKM ensure information security?
Data and Information security is one of the 4 foundational pillars of OKM solution. For us, information security begins right at the source. At the time of implementation, the different data sources are managed by client authorized “Information Owners” who are responsible for managing the quality and update of the information pertaining to their area of responsibility. For accessing information, we implement RBAC (Role Based Access Control) which ensures that Access to the data is dependent to the Access level of assigned roles for a user. Roles and permissions are inherited from the organization’s current security and Access protocols. Finally, the OKM as a solution itself has multi-factor authentication and SSO features which ensure that only authorized employees in your organization can Access your information. OKM works on your company’s internal data which means it doesn’t interact with the internet, ensuring that the responses by the product are accurate and reliable. Furthermore, we have also developed On-premise version of OKM which can be deployed on a local network for our customers who need an extra layer of security for their information.
How long does the initial setup take?
Setup time for the OKM solution depends on the scope and complexity of the implementation. We have deployed limited scope pilots for our clients within a week under ideal circumstances.
